Students who are interested in applying for the project should follow these steps:

1. Individual Applications
   You must apply individually by sending your transcript of records and a short letter of motivation (approximately one page)  via mail to the project contact person (the one guiding the project).

   Note: If you are applying as a group, each member of the group must submit their own individual application, but you may provide information of the other group members in the letter of motivation.

2. Application Periods

   • Applications for the summer semester can be submitted starting from the beginning of February.
   • Applications for the winter semester can be submitted starting from the beginning of August.

3. Additional Information

   • Project-specific Deadlines: Each project may have specific application deadlines. Please refer to the project details for more information.
   • No Specific Prerequisites: There are no strict prerequisites, but in case of high demand, applications will be evaluated based on factors such as the number of completed semesters, academic performance, and the quality of the motivation letter.
