The SITM chair offers two new master theses on project risk management and audit practices
The Chair of Information Systems and Strategic IT Management is looking for master’s students planning to write their final thesis on the field of IT management in the near future. We offer topics of growing interest to most IT organizations:
- One thesis focuses on project risk management and why it doesn’t always work. To investigate this topic, a structured literature review is conducted with two different perspectives.
- The other thesis is in the domain of project audit practices. Auditing and assessing projects risks can provide organizations the opportunity to uncover the issues, concerns, and challenges encountered during the execution of a project. The goal of this master thesis is to present a well-structured overview of the results that the scientific community has achieved in terms of the effect of project audit practices on project performance and success.
